Kiss189 is more than just a betting platform. We are a community built on trust, transparency and a commitment to delivering the best experience to every Malaysian player. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, Kiss189 is here for everyone.
Kiss189 began operations in 2018 with a clear vision – to build an online betting platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players. Not a foreign platform with a half-hearted translation, not a platform that does not understand local payment methods, and not a platform that disregards the experience of Bahasa Melayu-speaking users.
Seven years on, Kiss189 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from every corner of the country – from Perlis in the north to Sabah and Sarawak in the east. Every decision we make, from interface design to available payment methods, is guided by one question: what is best for Malaysian players?
Kiss189 believes that responsible online betting is the foundation of a healthy industry. We invest heavily in platform security, game fairness and self-management tools to ensure every Kiss189 member can enjoy their entertainment in a safe and controlled environment.
We built Kiss189 because we were Malaysian players ourselves – and we knew how hard it was to find a platform that truly understood our needs, from language options and local deposit methods to responsive customer support. We built what we always wanted as players.
These three pillars shape every decision made by the Kiss189 team – from platform development to customer service.
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online betting platform for Malaysian players – with an experience fully tailored to local needs, language, and lifestyle. We want every Kiss189 member to feel valued and treated with respect in every interaction.
To become Malaysia's number one online betting platform – recognised not just for the widest game collection, but for the trust and member loyalty built over the years. Kiss189 aims to be the name that comes to mind whenever Malaysian players talk about responsible online betting.
Transparency in everything – from clear bonus terms to openly displayed RTP values. Fairness in every game – certified RNG independently audited. Responsibility in every interaction – self-management tools, deposit limits and responsible gambling support are not add-ons at Kiss189; they are core to the platform.
From data security to game selection – here is what sets Kiss189 apart from other platforms on the market.
Every major platform starts with a small idea and a team that believes in their vision. Kiss189 is no different. This seven-year journey has not been without its challenges, but every step was taken with one goal in mind – to be a platform that Malaysian players truly need and trust.
Today, Kiss189 takes pride in what has been built – not just a large member base, but the invaluable trust of a loyal Malaysian player community that has been with us from the very beginning.
Every time a Kiss189 member contacts our support team with a smile because their issue was resolved quickly – that means more to us than any figure in a business report.
Kiss189 is not just one type of game – it is a complete betting experience covering everything Malaysian players love.
Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and dragon tiger with real dealers via high-quality video streaming. A genuine casino experience from the comfort of your home – exclusively at Kiss189.
The most complete slots collection – Megaways, progressive jackpots, cluster slots, and modern video slots. Kiss189's biggest jackpot has reached MYR 4.2 million in a single win by a Malaysian member.
Live and pre-match football betting covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga and many more. Also available at Kiss189: e-sports, badminton and other popular Malaysian sports.
European Roulette, French Roulette, Lightning Roulette, and a wide range of other variants are all available at Kiss189 – alongside blackjack, sic bo, table poker, and classic number games to suit every type of player.
This may be the most important thing to understand about us – Kiss189 is not simply looking to collect more deposits. We want every member to enjoy a healthy, controlled, and enjoyable betting experience without it becoming a source of problems in their lives.
That is why Kiss189 provides several self-management tools accessible directly from your account – daily and weekly deposit limits that you can set yourself, options to cap your playing time, and the ability to temporarily suspend your account if you feel you need a break. These tools are there to be used, and we encourage you to use them.
If you or someone you know is showing signs of a gambling problem, the Kiss189 support team is ready to help without any judgment. We also connect members with relevant support resources when needed. For more information, please visit the Responsible Gaming ours.
